Single mother to an exceptional child who shares a love of reading. There's always a book nearby. I love reading and reviewing and sharing new finds with others.
As a child I read a variety of genres and as an adult I encourage my children (and their friends) to read a variety. However, I will not be including this book in any list of recommendations. I found it lacking in so many areas I ended up putting it down and moving on to another book. Eventually I handed it to my bookworm who after just a short time handed it back with a frown and a "keep it" comment. While its not a terrible read its far from earning those coveted stars.
